With the GMP certification of our ITM 68Ge/68Ga Generator we have set yet another milestone in order to establish 68Ga as next generation radioisotope for diagnostic purpose. The generator columns unique metal free design and its low acidic eluent allow the fast and convenient onsite production of short-lived high-quality 68Ga for radiolabeling without prior prepurification.

When labeled with a disease-specific carrier molecule (e.g. peptide or antibody), the targeted radiopharmaceutical binds to a tumor specific receptor, according to the lock and key principle. EndolucinBeta® has a half-life of 6.647 days.

Product Overview
The OncoBeta® 188W/188Re Generator is based on an alumina column. The longer-lived mother radionuclide 188W is adsorbed on the column material while the daughter radionuclide 188Re is selectively eluted from the generator with sterile isotonic solution as sodium perrhenate (Na188ReO4).
Use Cases
The 188W/188Re Generator can be used for radiolabelling reactions or directly as a high dose liquid radioactive source.
